Do you feel that your thoughts, emotions and beliefs about yourself prevent you from living the life you want? Do you think the time has come to take control of your life and take responsibility for your own well-being?
This workshop will open a space for listening, creativity and kindness towards yourself. A space to get to know yourself better and begin to embrace all that you are with love and acceptance.
Among the activities: meditations, visualizations, artistic expression, moments to reflect, write and share. Dear women, we warmly invite you to join us.
The whole workshop includes 9 sessions. Activities will be conducted in English by Carla.

Carla about herself:
I am an intercultural therapist and linguist who is passionate about finding the things that bring us happiness, love and balance in life. I love staying active, practicing sports and am also treading my own path towards a more conscious, compassionate and minimalist lifestyle. I have dedicated my career to working in the development and humanitarian field – gaining experience from three continents indifferent areas.
I lived in 12 different countries and have always enjoyed embracing cultures’ little
eccentricities. My last stop is Poland, where I have spent the last five years immersing myself in the culture and learning Polish.
