Wojna w Ukrainie trwa już bardzo długo, powodując ogromne zmęczenie i zniechęcenie wśród ludzi. Codziennie słyszymy o nowych zniszczeniach, cierpieniach i tragediach. Z czasem trudno jest utrzymać w sobie empatię i zrozumienie, zwłaszcza gdy w mediach przeważają obrazy luksusowych samochodów na ukraińskich numerach, czy opowieści o roszczeniowych postawach niektórych przybyszy zza wschodniej granicy. W każdym narodzie są ludzie dobrzy i źli, bogaci i biedni, jednak w czasie wojny najłatwiej dostrzec tych, którzy wzbudzają negatywne emocje.
W tej sytuacji łatwo jest zapomnieć o tych, którzy cierpią najbardziej. Ukraińskie dzieci, które nie wywołały tej wojny, nie wysłały swoich bliskich na front, a mimo to muszą ponosić jej konsekwencje. Ponad 3 miliony dzieci ucierpiały z powodu wojny, a wiele z nich żyje teraz w skrajnej biedzie. Warto o nich pamiętać, nawet jeśli wojna trwa już tak długo, że staje się dla nas codziennością.

The war in Ukraine has been going on for a very long time, causing great fatigue and discouragement among the people. Every day we hear about new devastation, suffering and tragedies. Over time, it becomes difficult to maintain empathy and understanding, especially when the media is dominated by images of luxury cars with Ukrainian numbers, or stories about the claiming attitudes of some newcomers from across the eastern border. In every nation there are good and bad people, rich and poor, but in times of war it is easiest to see those who stir up negative emotions.
In this situation, it is easy to forget those who suffer the most. Ukrainian children, who did not cause the war, did not send their loved ones to the front, and yet have to suffer the consequences. More than 3 million children have suffered from the war, and many of them now live in extreme poverty. It is worth remembering them, even if the war has been going on so long that it has become a daily reality for us.
